- Underwent a methodical process of understanding the goals of bank leadership, analyzing the existing site and competitors’ sites, and developing new copy and visuals to create a site that was both cohesive and comprehensive.
- Collaborated with a web programming firm to build a functional website that was easily updateable, intuitive and easy to navigate.
Results: An increase of online traffic and customers – who became proud of their brand – not to mention a 195% increase in bank assets the year it launched.
