A native of Asheville, NC, Anne first moved to Greenville while going to Bob Jones University. After graduating with a degree in Art Education and a Masters in Fine Arts, she stayed in Greenville to begin a more-than 25-year career in art direction. In 1994, she joined with writer (and future husband) Jim Gibbons to co-found the agency which would later become Gibbons | Peck. Anne built her career around the importance of branding, leading the development of more than 25 new brands in areas such as banking, professional services, retail, publishing, software, and non-profit.

Anne is an avid reader who also loves to get out. When she finds the time to get away, you can probably find her on the road with Jim—traveling to quaint, far-away towns and staying in small inns and Bed and Breakfasts.

Engaging:
I am definitely into alternative health…I haven’t taken any form of medication (over the counter included) in years, and I have taken prescription drugs only two times in my life.

True:
Endure to the end...even if it looks like there’s no end.  

Relevant:
I learned a long time ago to take the hits up front. It’s much better to fail fast and know your coordinates, than to wander around in the murky mire of miscommunication. In the void of communication, there dwells a host of evils.
