I think it's mainly internal but having a conducive environment for growth &#38; producing good work really makes a difference!</description>

					<description>Well, Bach was a professional who did his job, sometimes on pretty short notice--all in a competitive environment. Mozart had the brilliance and passion for pure invention. They both created wonders.

I think great work comes from having a job to do AND having the passion to make it brilliant.

Kinda like what happened in Genesis 1-2. (Like God DID make women his last creation...)</description>
