OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES

These are the 21 Principles that guide everything we do at Gibbons Peck. They guide our decisions, they show up in our conversations, they even grace our walls—and sometimes our floors, too.

  1. Spend resources on solutions rather than focusing on problems.
  2. Recognize that the whole is greater than the parts, and that we are all part of a single process.
  3. Respect the people around us, including ourselves, each other, our suppliers and our clients.
